Process 1: Design a badge artwork.

With the popularity of computer technology, computer drafts replaced previous manual drawings. Commonly used production software for badge artwork design are Adobe IIIustrator and Corel Draw. If you want to generate a 3D badge rendering, you need the support of 3D Max or other software. For color, use PANTONE SOLID COATED. Because the PANTONE color system can better match colors, the possibility of chromatic aberration is reduced.

Process 2: Making a badge mold. 

Insert the computer-designed manuscript into the engraving machine program and program the tool path for mold engraving. Pay attention to the thickness of the knife during the engraving process. After engraving, compare the mold according to the artwork. Finally, the mold is heat treated to enhance the hardness and durability of the mold.

Process 3: Suppress

Install the mold that is often heat treated on the press table. Different badges such as copper sheets or iron sheets that are pressed by the pattern.

Process 4: Filling

Using the die cutter prepared in advance, the product is punched down by the punch according to its shape.

Process 5: Polishing.

The product that has been punched down by the die is placed in a polishing machine to remove the punched burrs and enhance the smoothness of the product.

Process 6: Accessories for installing badges.

Install the customer's required accessories on the back of the product. Our badge accessories include butterfly buckles, flat top buckles, safety pins, magnets, nuts and more.

Process 7: Plating and coloring the badge

According to the customer's request, the badge can be plated, silver plated, nickel plated, plated with red copper, etc., and then the badge is colored according to the customer's requirements, and the high temperature is baked after finishing the color to enhance the color fastness. Our coloring process includes: baking varnish, enamel, 2D/3D, Epoxy, digital printing. After this step, a perfect badge that meets the customer's requirements is created.

Process 8: Package

The produced badges are packaged according to the customer's requirements. Packaging is divided into ordinary packaging and high-grade packaging. Ordinary packaging includes OPP bag packaging, bubble bags, paper cards, plastic boxes, acrylic boxes, and the like. High-end packaging has leather boxes, flannel boxes, wooden boxes and so on.
